Live Demo View
Switch viewports to explore the public product story. The invite-only prototype opens separately.
The friction
Collectors often discover gear in one community, negotiate in another, track a collection somewhere else, and lose the item’s story when it changes hands. Trust and context disappear at exactly the moment a marketplace needs both.
What I built
A mobile-first private-beta prototype for knives, lights, watches, pens, wallets, and other everyday-carry gear. It connects a community feed, collection bench, marketplace, carry logs, offers, simulated purchases, and lineage records.
Key decision
Demonstrate the complete product loop without pretending the trust layer is live. Purchase, transfer, dispute, and provenance records are labeled as demo behavior; the prototype does not process money or verify identity, ownership, or authenticity.
Current build
The public route explains the product and collects waitlist interest. The deeper prototype is invite-only and can be explored with seeded demo gear, offers, trades, carry history, and on-device transaction records.
Working proof
- A guest can move from a seeded collection into an offer and simulated purchase loop.
- Carry logs and lineage records stay attached to the item across the demo experience.
- Prototype disclosures appear inside the product, not only on this portfolio page.
