- Defined the workflow and built the React 19/Vite PWA, shared state model, role interfaces, seeded demo mode, and portfolio delivery.
- Maintained 175 Vitest tests across 21 files for handoffs, role behavior, ownership, exceptions, auth, TV boards, and KPI logic.
- Kept modeled labor-value estimates explicitly separate from measured outcomes.

Standalone lot-planning and operations app with constraint-aware stall generation and live vehicle placement.
- Built the zero-dependency ES module geometry engine, SVG interface, shared lot/vehicle model, local persistence, and GeoJSON portability.
- Created 106 Node tests for lot operations, geometry, tessellation seams, circulation, gates, mixed angles, and browser-safe behavior.
- Designed apply-time guardrails that reject invalid circulation and preserve every vehicle through layout changes.
